ALLMEP’s vast network is comprised of 120 member organizations of Israeli and Palestinian NGOs doing grassroots, people-to-people peacebuilding in both the cross-border and shared society sectors. ALLMEP strives to raise the capacity and visibility of the field, fostering cooperation and a culture of best-in-class programming.

ALLMEP is spearheading advocacy in the United States and Europe to establish the Partnership Fund for Peace in Israel and Palestine. Modeled on the International Fund for Ireland (established in 1986), the Partnership Fund will annually inject $50 million of funding for people-to-people partnerships in the region. The Fund was introduced into Congress in June 2019 with bipartisan support in both the House and the Senate, and endorsed by supporting organizations, including both J Street and AIPAC.
